Granite Disclaimer
By selecting “I understand” below, you the customer are fully and completely aware that by selecting granite as your countertops that it is a natural stone that will inherent shade variations, natural seams and imperfections such as pitting, fissures, veining, and inclusions. Please understand that the sample you are making your granite selection from is a similar example of what will be installed in your home, not exact. It is important you understand that these imperfections do not compromise the integrity of the stone in any way; they are natural characteristics and will not impair the function or durability of the material. They are an expression of nature and add to the allure of the stone, which sets it apart from man-made surfaces.
Quartz Disclaimer
By selecting “ I Understand” below you the customer are aware that Quartz is a natural surface made by an optimal fusion of more than 90% quartz and resin materials. Quartz is naturally beautiful yet incredibly durable. Treated and pressed, natural quartz stone is one of nature’s hardest minerals. Quartzs’ smooth and impervious surface is unsuitable for bacteria and microorganism to harbor and grow. If safety and hygiene are a part of your countertop purchasing decision, Quartz is the perfect choice for your kitchen. Please note that Quartz slabs are only 120” X 55”, which is smaller than most natural stone slabs. Therefore, additional seams may be required in your kitchen, or in your island. Seam placement is decided by the granite fabrication company, based on the layout of each floorplan.
Marble Disclaimer
By selecting “I Understand” below you have been made aware that Marble, although beautiful, is a porous material. Pitting, iron spots, scratches and etching will appear on every slab. All precaution will be taken to install a clean piece of marble; however, scratching of material can happen during transportation and installation. No financial concessions will be made due to pitting, scratches, iron spots and etching of a Marble product. The homeowner accepts full responsibility of the characteristics of the product.
